Art and Design After-School Programs
Our after-school programs allow kids to explore their innate creative spirits, while they learn about the different facets of the dynamic world we live in.
We introduce them to cultural diversity and give them child-friendly information about real-world topics, like conservation, all while teaching them foundational art techniques and guiding them through unique and topically-relevant art projects.
Our After-School Program Themes

World of Design
Think it! Draw it! Make it!
Children take a journey to the farthest reaches of the imagination while learning about the ocean, the rainforest, Mars, a futuristic city, and more!
They experiment with Crayola® products and many art techniques like sculpting, storyboarding, collage, and mixed media.
They discover design careers like graphic design, universal design, urban design, and product design.

Artist's Passport
Travel the World Through Art
Kids embark on an around-the-world cultural adventure; explore far-off places and learn about the people who live there, from the Americas to Polynesia, from the city to the countryside.
They experiment with Crayola® products, while trying art techniques developed by local artists and artisans.
They make different masterpieces each week such as drums, masks, canvases, prints, buses, and more!

Wild World
The Art of Conservation
Kids explore the wonder of the animal kingdom and discover nature in a way that inspires empathy, curiosity, and creativity.
They learn about many different animals and how wildlife conservationists are working to protect species around the globe.
They experiment with art techniques and use Crayola® art materials to create frog paintings, ink-diffusion jellyfish, polar bear sculptures, and more!

Artblazers
Artists Who Changed the World
Kids discover inspiring masterpieces and artists who have changed the world of art and the world as we know it; from Frida Kahlo to Keith Haring. They experiment with different art techniques and use Crayola art materials to express their ideas. They design a different unique, artist-inspired creation each class. We encourage them to create the change that they want to see in the world!

Legends and Lore
Unleashing Creativity through Myths and Mystery
From sea creatures of the deep to phoenixes in the sky, every society has its legends and lore. We'll tell their stories through paintings, sculptures and other works of art. These legends may inspire awe, curiosity or surprise, but they all inspire our imaginations!
Legends and Lore Classes
Epic Landmarks
Exploring World Wonders
From ancient pyramids to fairy-tale castles, kids journey into the past and across the globe as they discover these wonders of the world created by different civilizations.
